Terms of Use
In order for us to maintain a professional and enjoyable site, we've established several rules as guides for everyone’s actions. As you purchase your spot, you are agreeing to the following terms:

Purchasing Terms

1. When you purchase a spot, The Online Billboard Company is agreeing to post the image you have provided in the billboard space and under the terms you have selected. Purchasing a spot does not constitute any ownership or ownership rights to the spot, to the billboard web site, or any other web site.
2. Once your payment is received, the images, text, and links you provide will be posted. The Online Billboard Company may take up to two business days to moderate your submissions before posting.
3. Once you have paid for your spot and your image has been accepted and posted on our site, no refunds will be issued.

Operational Terms

1. Our spaces are available only in the sizes and shapes offered. Spaces cannot be combined.
2. To maximize the visual impact and effect of your spot, the image you submit should be properly sized and shaped to fit your rental space on the billboard.
3. You recognize that different computers render images differently, and the spot you select is likely to have a different size and resolution on different computer screens.
4. Once you purchase a spot, you agree to post your image, text, and link information. Spots left empty for an extended period may be forfeited.
5. Please submit your image(s) in JPEG format.
6. The links you provide must link to live web pages, which properly and appropriately relate to the image you submit and subject matter of the selected billboard.
7. You are free to modify the image, link, text, and other contents of your spot as often as you like.
8. At your request, we will remove your image and link and terminate your agreement.
9. To keep our site running smoothly and make it easy to navigate, we are not accepting flash or animated images at this time.

Legal Terms

1. You hereby certify that you own the copyright or that you have the authority to use the images, text, and other representations you are providing to The Online Billboard Company for this billboard.
2. You hereby certify that you are properly authorized to commit the link to the URL you are submitting.
3. You hereby indemnify and hold harmless The Online Billboard Company from any and all copyright infringements or other intellectual property transgressions you may commit in the use of images, text or other representations you are providing.
4. If The Online Billboard Company is notified or otherwise becomes aware that you have infringed on any copyright, or otherwise provided information in violation of your agreement, you agree that The Online Billboard Company reserves the right to remove the offending material(s) and retain the payments received from you for the time remaining without refund.
5. You agree not to post obscene, offensive, or pornographic images or material. Furthermore, you grant The Online Billboard Company the right to remove offending images, links, and text.
6. You agree that The Online Billboard Company reserves the right to decide the appropriateness of the images, text, and link you are submitting. If we believe the material is not suitable, we may remove it and request that you submit new material.
7. The Online Billboard Company is not responsible for or entitled in any way to any profits or losses you incur from the use of our billboard(s).
